Can Ramonet is located in the Natural Park of the Garraf. He is parage ideal to welcome families or groups and it's important that who comes to Can Ramonet, or to spend vacations or to make a celebration or event, it knows the surroundings in which we were. The Garraf is a zone with mediterraneo climate and little but torrential rains. The emphatic dryness of the summer and low water retention capacity of calcareous soils determine the vegetation growth. The most typical vegetation is a dense scrub where they dominate to the holm oak and Aleppo pine woods. The landscape has an arid appearance and the Masia is located in a rural ground. By all it we have a sustainability measures to show our respect by the surroundings and that we even put in front it, to the demands and necessities of clients. |

In Can Ramonet we tried that the stay is made with the maximum of respect by the place that surrounds to us. In this sense we asked the visitors the same respect and work that we made in the Masía. |

| Without counting the noise of the agricultural machinery, in Can Ramonet we tried to diminish the noise; all we must even try that it's thus, during the celebrations. We requested the maximum respect for the rest of guests or people who coexist in masia and by the surroundings. The music, is allowed single in the nears space and not in the exteriors, and to a volume that we considered reasonable (between 80 and 100 dB). | ||||||||||||||||

Can Ramonet has adopted a measures with object to save water. These measures are absolutely necessary in the Region of Garraf because it rains little. These measures are characterized by: |

| Power saving: | ||||||||||||||||
| Can Ramonet makes an important bet for the power saving. We have chosen to take advantage of the important insulating effect the walls of more than 60 cm of the outside, to properly isolate the ceiling of all the recovered zone. The windows have a closing of wood to improve their isolation. In addition, the sanitary hot water and the heating are generated mainly by means of thermal solar energy. The ecological temperature to that we tried to maintain the areas inner is recommended by the different public organisms, being between 17-19º the minim and 25-26º the maximum one. Next it's predicted to generate solar energy photovoltaic. All the lights of continuous opening are of low consumption. |

| Landscaping integration and Conservation of the Patrimony: | ||||||||||||||||
The used materials in the rehabilitation of the house are mainly fruit of the advantage of the already existing materials in the own construction. The rest is materials that try to respect to the maximum the singular architecture of all the construction and the zone, with an integration to the landscape. |

Can Ramonet has containers where the valorizables remainders separate, (crystal, paper, cardboard, plastics, brics, tins and organic matter). Next we will initiate the treatment of the organic remainders to make compound. |
